The youth pastor at our home church asked my wife Laurie and me to share with the youth group what we have come to know about Biblical healing. We shared testimonies and some of the Biblical principles concerning healing prayer and then laid hands on and spoke healing in the likeness of Jesus the Christ to those in need of a touch from Heaven. God worked through us, and multiple people were healed. I didn’t hear all of the testimonies, but I can report on the miracles that took place within the individuals to whom I ministered. Before praying, I asked each of the individuals if they wanted to be healed, they all replied “yes”. There was a young man who came to the meeting on crutches, he had a football injury. We laid hands on him and took authority over the pain as well as the muscles, tissues, and ligaments that had been injured in the name and character of Jesus the Christ. That young man walked out of the meeting carrying the crutches, pain free! There was another young man with an injured ankle. He had hurt it skateboarding and was unable to skateboard effectively. We commanded restoration in the likeness of Jesus the Christ, and the young man began to hop on his “bad” ankle, without pain! A young woman came forward who had been experiencing depression and a headache. We laid hands on her took authority over the headache pain. We commanded the depression to go in the name and character of Jesus the Christ and to be replaced with the joy and peace of the Lord, she walked away happy – without a headache. It was wonderful to see the youth ministering to each other that night. God worked in and through us, praise His holy name!
