God brought a man with a sprained wrist across my path. The man had fallen off of a ladder earlier in the week. He was unable to squeeze, with his hand, and movement was limited and painful. I asked him if I could lay hands on his wrist, which was in a Velcro splint, and speak healing – he agreed. I then took authority over his wrist in the character of Jesus the Christ. When I had finished ministering, I asked the man if he wanted to remove the splint, he replied “yes” and did so. I asked him if he was able to do anything that he was unable to do prior to my ministry, and he squeezed my hand quite hard, and moved his wrist without pain. He then said, “I’m not going to put the splint back on”, and walked away carrying it. Praise God!
My wife Laurie and I were asked to be part of a healing ministry team at a women’s conference. While there, a woman came to us seeking a touch from God. She had been experiencing shoulder pain for weeks. We asked permission to lay hands on her, and she agreed. We took authority over the pain in the likeness of Jesus the Christ, and then asked her to do something that she had been unable to do prior to our ministry. She lifted her arm and happily told us that the pain had decreased. Glory to God!
My wife Laurie and I were asked to be part of a healing ministry team at a women’s conference. While there, a woman came to us seeking a touch from God. She had been battling depression. As she approached us she was looking at the floor with a blank, emotionless expression. God told Laurie to kiss her on the forehead and when she did, the woman burst out “He loves me”. We then shared with her that she is a princess and a valuable vessel made to shine the love and light of God. We exhorted her to employ confidence in her identity as a daughter of the King. We asked for her permission to lay hands on her and she agreed. The Holy Spirit gave us the words and as we imparted and spoke joy, peace and wholeness over her in the character of Jesus the Christ. When we finished ministering, she was beaming and walked away with her her held high, the depression was gone. Praise God!
